Charlie left his nomadic childhood behind and settled in Greenville for good in 1991.  Having ping-ponged between Florida and South Carolina and living in 11 houses before graduating high school, the instinct to buy and sell real estate came as naturally as running from the alligators in his front yards.

“Even when I lived in Florida, I always knew I’d end up back in Greenville.  And this was way back in the Eighties before Greenville became what it is today!  It’s a beautiful area of course but it’s the warmth of the people in our community that just always made this feel like home to me.”
